This 6 km return hike was so awesome. The best part honestly was going at this time of year (October we went) where the wild flowers were around, it created a beautiful atmosphere. It’s easy going down as you are just going down hill, it can be slippery in some sections from the sand on the rocks, the water at the end is stunning with the amazing colours of the rocks. I would suggest when you get down there go to the right and keep walking to see some extra scenery and formations. The walk up is steep as you go back the same way. It’s a moderate hike, would be suited for all who love to walk. Be sun smart and wear the right shoes, that being said it’s a mostly shady path. “Jonique Life” If you find value in our reviews please consider following our social media outlets on Facebook and Instagram as we highlight magical places you can add to your ever growing bucket list.

Great trail to walk only one really hairy spot to climb at the rivers edge need to be flexible to cross but well worth the effort Good variety of terrain for walking and swimming

So pretty, very wet after recent rain, but well worth the wet feet. Trail follows a stream down into the gorge. Lovely spot for a picnic at the bottom.

Beautiful hike - BUT - extremely hot above 45 degrees! Technically no problem at all but the heat makes it really crazy. We started at 7am and returned 9:30am...You should take at least 4l of water, better more.

Down there it is an amazing scenery. We enjoyed the calm nature and the...

Stunning spot. Easy hiking, took a bit of water and food, 29 degree day so drank a bit of fluid. 6km hike, a nice swim and outside school holidays so we had the place to ourselves, which was magical....
