We enjoyed making way to Island Rock Lookout on the Kalbarri Coast. It is one of two that can be visited at the nearby carpark along with the Natural Bridge Lookout.

We enjoyed seeing feral goats, kangaroos and interesting birdlife nearby as well as quite a few whales breaching out at see. Best to have binoculars with you if you want to do a bit of whale watching.

This is my favourite place to visit in WA. It’s so beautiful you won’t regret driving 6 hours from Perth to here. You can actually see some whales here if you wait long enough. Originally went to the pink lake and wasn’t so pleased with it so we decided to go here next which is just 30 minutes away from Hutt Lagoon and it’s simply breathtaking. Do remember to download offline maps as there won’t be any...

If you drove here, it's pretty easily accessible by foot, but what I recommend will be to park at grandstand, walk here by food to soak in all the Indian Ocean has to offer. Breath taking views with the endless and vast ocean, hearing the natural sound of waves crashing against these walls. A simple 40 minute hike with nature could easily put your troubled heart at ease, even...
