What a wonderful find! I love it when people take an object that is so perfunctory and unappealing and then convert it into a great piece of artwork. And such is the case with this grain silo in Kingscote, Kangaroo Island. What a great mural. It brings colour to the area with a great painting of a standing kangaroo and a red-tailed black cockatoo in flight. It is not the only one I came across by chance, including on my journey through the wine area of the Adelaide Hills. And now I wish more silos and building would be brought to life by artists.

Always impressed with the talent and effort shown with these projects. Amazing 👏 The only gripe was the lack of a decent vantage point to take photos. Overall though, a very worthwhile thing to take time to see.
