Borumba Dam is about 60km due west of Imbil following Yabba Creek Road out of the town. As you can see from these photos many millions of dollars have been spent on the dam the walkway on the dam that leads on to the other side of the Lake. It is a great place for boating enthusiasts and kids and their Mums and Dads to swim. But unfortunately the Wide Bay Burnette council responsible for this region hasn't provided enough facilities for the the elderly or disabled people.
