It's just like every other public pool. Some of the staff are great but you get a few who would rather chat away during a lesson than actually focus and give you your money's worth. Most of the time they don't observe the time like starting 3 to 5mins late and finishing 5-8mins early cutting into your time. For the kids pool, if you are thinking of taking your little one here, just be ready for them to fall sick as often as they attend their classes until their immune system becomes strong because most of the parents bring their kids for their classes even when they are clearly sick with snot coming out their little noses and on few occasions I have seen some parents wiping it and putting it back in the water. I suppose this doesn't directly affect the centre itself but the staff and management does little to nothing to stop this from happening. It's as easy as creating awareness with posters around the pool or by sending emails to their customers but I suppose that will affect the number of sign-ups. My son was there for 6 months and is no better in the water as he was when he started. Instructor was great as they made wonderful progress with me. The learn to swim program for kids does not in fact teach...

Some rubbish in the field but that would be because there are no bins and I guess people are to lazy to take it home with them.
However I did see a couple walking the field and picking up rubbish. This was very nice to see them helping my children clean up the open field.
The rugby league trainers are very nice and patient with children who want to get involved with them. "Hats of to you men".
Would love to see some men having a day with children on field to teach them...
