Visiting the picturesque park was like stepping into a real-life painting of tranquility and natural beauty. From the moment I entered the park's gates, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of calm that washed away the stresses of everyday life. This hidden gem proved to be the perfect escape, offering an array of breathtaking features that left me utterly captivated. The serene ponds dotted with graceful ducks and an array of other birds added to the harmonious ambiance, their gentle ripples reflecting the sky above.

For pet enthusiasts, the dog park was an absolute delight. It was heartwarming to witness the sheer joy on the faces of both the four-legged companions and their owners as they frolicked in open spaces. The meticulous planning of the dog park was evident, with separate areas for different dog sizes and play styles. The atmosphere was one of camaraderie, as dogs of all breeds interacted playfully, making new friends and enjoying their own slice of paradise.

One of the park's most enchanting features was the serene zen walk.  The massive rose quartz rock positioned at the heart of the path. Its soft pink hue and majestic presence exuded an aura of tranquility and positive energy, making it an ideal spot for quiet contemplation and mindfulness. Sitting beside this giant gemstone, I felt a profound connection with the serene environment around me.

In the embrace of this park, time seemed to slow down, allowing me to savor each moment and appreciate the harmony of nature's wonders.

My visit to this beautiful park was a beautiful and peaceful experience. The harmonious blend of gardens, serene ponds with variety of birds frolicking in the water, an exceptional dog park, and the serene zen walk with its captivating rose quartz centerpiece made for a nice escape from everyday life. Underwood Park has something for everyone. It has lovely meandering paths with lovely old branching trees, a large woodland type pond with a wooden deck walkway. Plenty of ducks and other wildlife to observe. They even have wooden sunbeds to lazy on and have a romantic date, so bring your wine and cheese and take in the view and peaceful surrounds.

For the tweens and older kids, there is both a bicycle course and a skateboard/ scooter section that is a good challenge. And for the little ones, there is a fantastic large playground area with seating for parents.

The park itself has many areas to have a picnic on the lawns or under the shade of the trees. And there are toilet facilities that are close to the kids' playgrounds.

The park also has a football and soccer club, plus cricket fields, and for the more adventurous, at the very back of the park, there are rugged bushland bike tracks.
