Anthony Miceli — Attraction in Melbourne

Having a deep chat with the owner Pauline about the history of their small vineyard let me understand more about the life as a wine maker. She has spent most of her life with her husband to develop the premium wine Miceli 30+years ago from scratch. Some of the wines are named with their big kids. I particularly like their chardonnay named after their second daughter Olivia. It's full of wonderful characteristic

Went there today. 4 of us, bought two bottles of wine worth $85 and still got charged $20 of tasting ! Unacceptable.... especially when the lovely lady tells you « our tasting fees are refundable » ! This doesn’t seem fair and spoiled the homie boutique feeling about it. Ruined the whole experience. Pity coz wine is pretty decent .....they obviously don’t do it for the love of...

What a fantastic experience! We met the owner in a very intimate experience. The wine was absolutely amazing! We left with 4 bottles. I loved the Olivia. They have named their wines after their children.
