Big day today, this was the start of my coffee journey. I travelled down from Sydney for the Multiple Levels Barista Training at ONA with Victor.

The level of professionalism from Victor throughout the day was impressive and consistent, starting from bean 🫘 to cup ☕️ covering a wide range of information across the board whilst making it easy to digest.

Home Barista here! I did the multiple levels cafe barista and I’m blown away by the amount of value I got from it. Victor was so patient and an excellent teacher. It was a very intimate class so I felt very comfortable in asking questions and did not feel rushed at all. Such a worthwhile experience, even for people who are just interested in coffee. This is an awesome workshop to do with your partner or by yourself. I recently attended a barista course with Victor, and it was a fantastic experience.
