I really want to say thank you to your team yesterday at Smashing Pumpkins concert. I was at the front spot. One of drunken man pushed me and being aggressive towards to me to get my spot and doesn’t let my husband to getting in after he came back from toilets. The man even wanted take my spot then started push me. Also, one of his friends in front of me were doing head banging to my face. One of your team came to us then made those people stop. They left after got warned by your team. It was too loud and busy so I could not asked his name. I only know his number was 201 and he stayed til end of the show. I appreciate his professionalism. I enjoyed rest of the concert...

NSA were useless at the recent Live in the Vines. We paid for VIP tickets to be close to the stage and ALL day yr guards were watching as people jumped or pushed through the fencing to get into the area. This continued and got worse as the day went on..even after making a number of complaints to staff ......especially from the stage right area and increased further when Noiseworks came on and then when the Living End came on over 200 people pushed through the fencing and took over the space in front of the stage and up the isle, pushing people who were seated on the inside of that fence line back...stepping over and on them to get to the stage. Security at day on the green at Waurn ponds. Brilliant friendly helpful, couldn’t speak more highly of them. I attended the event with my mum in a wheelchair. They spotted us getting out of the car in the car park when driving past in the buggy, and came over and picked us up to take us to the accessible area. They looked after mum and made sure she got in and out of the buggy safely. Made us feel welcome and answered any questions we had. Looked after us at the end of the concert really well.
