A nice little pit stop with a decent view. I wouldn't go out of your way as the view doesn't offer anything spectacular. But if you happen to be driving by... I wholeheartedly recommend the 5second detour it takes to check this little Easter egg out, If only to stretch your legs as part of a longer journey.

Lovely lookout with quite a different view then that of the southern side. Good map to show what is available in the area for camping and such. If you wait for a bit you might get to hear some of the birds and them calling which is lovely.

A nice place to go and view the sunrise and the sunset. We also saw some wild rabbits there. If you go during sunset you can hear kookaburras laughing away. It's a very nice place to relax and unwind and get away from the busy city life.

This spot is a great place to catch a glimpse of the dam. The entire area is lush with greenery, and the best temperature to fully enjoy the view is around 10-15°C. It's not the best idea to visit during scorching heat or extremely cold weather. A good time to go is while you're headed to the Dandenong Ranges. Going early in the morning is smart to dodge the hot sun on sunny days. Make sure to download the area map beforehand, as the network can be a bit spotty. Just a heads up, Vodafone doesn't work well over the Dandenong Ranges. But if you know the route, you're golden. The nature walk is lovely and adds to the whole experience. I'm pretty confident everyone will be a fan of...

The map didn't take us to the barbecue and walking paths. The paths although beautiful were often very steep and did not feel safe walking in runners. My partner had our dog on a leash, but our dog pulled on the lead as he started going down a slop. My partner ended up slipping and losing his balance going downhill and taking a ride on the dog backwards as he fell. He also ran into another man walking his dog at the bottom of the slop. We gave up and walked back. The conditions were dry, so I can't imagine how slippery it would get in...

Great lookout spot! Drive straight up, no walking required. Although there is a park right next to it - on a steep slope. Short scramble down and nice place to sit in the sunshine. Grass is always mowed and well kept. Further down the road you can access a car park at the bottom of the park area with a covered area and BBQ. No views from down here though but a quieter spot. Can get busy at times but usually don't have to wait long to get a parking spot and most times there is always a...
