Well designed parks & gardens that most folks will enjoy… In this picturesque place, there’s been lots of trees planted to provide shade & the wildlife that come here can be entertaining… There’s play areas & bbq facilities, an amphitheatre (I think that’s right?) & probably loads more… It’s a pretty big area here! Overall, I decided to give this park 4 out of 5 stars.

PS. I can’t resist adding in that it’s also got this very ominous underlying theme to it - It is very well disguised tho… But it’ll be very obvious to some of u, I think - like it was to me - because there is WAY WAY WAYYYYY more going on here, than what u just see from a glance, on the surface… Literally everything here can be seen as a symbolic gesture… But of course, it seems that most folks come here to enjoy themselves or think they’re enjoying nature or whatever, & they don’t bother to look any deeper, I guess? & that’s life right? It is these days?! So, picturesque parks in Melbourne go, this place has to be one of the best - for what it “offers” in amenities… & anyone interested in exploring this area for maybe, the symbolism that I think is related to the hashtags (listed below this review) - I recommend it & hope I see more posts on the topic!

Now this is a park worth making a trip to!.

Visiting a park with all the amenities is always a great way to spend a relaxing day outdoors. One such park that comes to mind is this beautiful park, located a short drive from Boronia square.

The park boasts lush gardens with an abundance of trees, which provide a perfect spot for picnics or just to sit and read a book. The serene lake, with its resident ducks and other waterfowl, adds to the park's tranquil ambiance. Visitors can also enjoy barbecuing with family and friends, as the park provides all the necessary facilities.

The park's playground is a favorite spot for children who can run, climb, and slide to their heart's content. Parents can relax on the nearby benches and watch their little ones enjoy themselves. The park is also equipped with tables and toilets for the convenience of visitors.

One of the most significant advantages of this park is that it remains unclosed, which means that visitors can enjoy its serene beauty and amenities at any time of the day or night. The park is a perfect place to take a break from the daily grind and enjoy some much-needed fresh air in beautiful...

A hidden gem. A great deal packed into a fairly small space, still it feels uncluttered. It's a wonderful and enchanting park that has deservedly won local and national design awards, one from the Keep Australia Beautiful council and one just last year from the City of Knox for excellence in the design and development of the built environment. In commending the new Sunflower Pavilion at the park on their website, Knox City Council, writing in that dreadful managerial prose style that everyone is compelled to use nowadays, still manage to rise to this - The total landscape experience of the setting is one of delight - which really isn't too bad at all. It's certainly better than this from the same page - The projects (sic) focus on sustainable infrastructure and design (passive and active) stands out as a highlight - etc. I don't know about you but I nodded off round about 'focus on...

It’s a beautiful piece of nature set in Boronia. If you feel like getting away to a peaceful space where you can enjoy the sunshine, the lake, ducks, trees, flowers & grass, this is the place to come.. Perfect for a picnic & or bbq, great for letting the kids run around, play in the playground (currently under construction) or just chill under a tree. If you love grass like me you can even roll down the hills. It’s the perfect place to meet up with friends for a catch up or just lay & read a book. This park has it all - it’s the perfect place to get a fix on nature, do some earthing & RELAX!! Come see it for yourself, it’s just beautiful!

They have just finished the upgrade on it and it seems pretty good. There's a lot more areas where families can hang out now and small amount of water play on the left hand side. Having the fence now between the flying fox I think is a good idea. I wish they put double the slides in the middle of the area so rather than two plastic ones. The toilets can sometimes still be pretty gross as always, which I think that can be a major letdown, but having the barbecues right beside it as well is definitely a really good feature and the park is always a great area to go for a walk around and check out the ducks and the wildlife and the flowers.
