I gave this property a basic 3 stars for a reason and it's not about the quality of the property. The property is fantastic. I just wanted everyone to know that this property used to be privately owned by a friend of my family's & on this vast estate my family used to have a cabin on the property not far from the main house (all demolished) where we often spent holidays. The Department of Water & the state government at the time FORCED the owner to sell the property to them for next to nothing.
