There a lovely lookout over beach and up the coast even If you do not get out of the car. There is a short walk that has been recently revegitated up to the edge of the escarpment or further down onto rocks and south down to neighboring beach.

14/4/2022 I wrote above some months ago. Today I found that there is major construction going on at the sight. They have repaved part of the parking lot. There are fences all along the edge where one could have have watched the ocean and beach from. People have found a way down to the beach anyway. The walk along the escarpment has deteriorated. Still walkable but wooded and over grown. I assume all will eventually return to normal but not at...

Excellent view of the beach, looks like pretty new amenities but we didn't use them so we can't really judge them. Beautiful expansive car park and the best part about it was that it was a dog friendly dog off leash area the only problem is a big dogs mix with little dogs and that could be a problem for a tiny poodle!!! Unfortunately the path leading into the dog Reserve was badly corrugated due to recent rain so it needs to be fixed. This looks like a lovely place to come and spend some time in the summer months when you can sit on your verandah and look out to sea... Lovely spot just made for tourists and...
