3 Oceans Wine Company — Attraction in Metricup

Attended the Waifs and Tesky Brothers concert at 3 Oceans winery on Saturday evening and was very disappointed with event arrangement. I'm NOT an events organiser but even I could determine that positioning the sound mixer paraphernalia in the centre of the oval was a very STUPID idea. It resulted in half the patrons unable to view the stage, let alone the performances! Too many patrons for the drinks facilities as the cues for drinks ran into the "mosh pit" so no one knew where one started and the other finished. One water station on a very hot night was also an understatement. Patrons would have expected a winery would have allowed them to purchase a bottle of their wine rather than a cardboard cup ! If 3 Oceans are intending on having more concerts they may need to spend a bit of money on shade and upgrade of facilities. I will not be attending another function at 3 Oceans in the near future!
