Spent so many hours exploring Moonta Mines as a kid during the school holidays while staying with my Grandparents. So much history in the area. Hughes Enginehouse was a classic Cornish Enginehouse and was named after Walter Hughes and built in 1865. 'Australia¹s Little Cornwall' back in the day was the 2nd biggest Sth Australian town outside of Adelaide.
