Read moreWe visited around midday on an overcast day. Parking was free and we found a car park straight away. Kids played on the playground and work out equipment (beam, bars, monkey bars) then we walked to the lighthouse. You can only walk past it on the breakaway path - no entry. Nice photo opportunities though. The breakaway path continues further down. Smooth path suitable for prams. Lots of rocks on the side so watch your kids. Waves crash against the rocks occasionally. Views at the end and then walk back. Gets very windy. Walk back and ice cream van is around sometimes. Good location to swim between the flags...
