Beautiful hike along Bomaderry Creek. It's dog-friendly, and transitions from exposed rock to forest and back-and-forth again, with smooth transitions, elevation changes, and surprising microclimates.

The hike begins across from Shoalhaven Lanes and a lovely, open, picnic area. It then heads west to a lookout, where a left turn at the fork will begin your hike. It parallels the creek Southward, descends to the creek, rises again, then descends to Oak Creek crossing.

After making the crossing, the path follows the creek back to the north. On the Northward leg, there's a ladder over a boulder, followed by some beautiful fern glens. Another man made crossing eventuates, where you meet back up with the stairs to restart the climb to the...

Really beautiful and varied walk with so much to take in along the looped trail. Scenery ranges from rocky ledges if you start the trail at the car park near the tennis courts, before it descends down towards the creek. Some areas are flatter through the trees and easier to traverse however some sections of the loop are rockier are require some moderate scrambling. We did it with a 9 year old, a 5 year old and our 18 month old in a baby harness/carrier and it felt adventurous but manageable enough. There are several benches dotted along the trail on which to sit and catch your breath while taking in the beautiful bush. We spotted several water dragons and a wombat. Will definitely come back again...

Very nice bush walk close to Nowra and close to princes highway. Easy to moderate depending on which bit you do. For the longer walk a few challenging parts and you need to pay attention not to go off the main path, a few more track signs would help. Very Cool rock formations and over hangs. Creek was flowing well on our walk, don't know if this always the case. For the longer loop allow 2 to 3 hours depending on how many stops you want or how often you lose the main track. Highly recommend a...

The Bomaderry Creek Walking Track was quite a beautiful track of quite easy difficulty rating. You enter via the picnic area accessible via the Narang road carpark. It's a loop track so you can enter via the east or west track and end up back where you started. Some easy flat tracks ahead combined with some rocky parts which are fun and not too hard to traverse. The highlight of this walk was definitely the rock faces and rock scenery, as well as some nice ferns throughout.

Great spot for a decent walk. Can be as long or as short as you want around the creek but with some tricky terrain that rules out anyone who can't climb over basic rocks. Beautiful view of the creek with some great information spread across the walk and some great structures to help get you across obstacles. Highly recommended for locals or visitors alike.
