This venue deserves 1 star! After our wine tasting, which was lovely, we decided to join your wine club, we paid you upfront and eagerly waited for a delivery that had never arrived. After several emails, two phone calls and months to discuss the non delivery of our wine you have never made an attempt to apologise nor recife our issueā¦yet you were very happy to keep our $300 dollars. I am extremely disappointed in your avoidance and excuses when we caught you off guard with a phone call āoh sorry, Iām really busy we will call you straight backā but never did. We gave you several chances to just send us our paid for wine. We have not once been rude or got mad we just really wanted what we paid for. To make it worse after digging on reviews we found another person who had experienced exactly what we had on Trip Advisor. Itās such a shame because your wine is lovely but you clearly canāt manage a wine club. What interest me is the more I looked the more I realised your winery is never included in most Coonawarra events. Is this a pattern of known behaviour by your peers? We have visited so most of the wineries in the Coonawarra and you are actually a poor reflection of how amazing both the smaller boutique and larger corporate wineries are in that region. We will definitely visit again and again but you will not be of our recommended...

They told us the wine was not available and they'll send it to us. 4 months later, numerous phone calls and messages and still no wine. Lying each call about they have sent it. I see other reviews saying the same so see this as systematic fraud. I expect they had the wine available all along but just use this tactic (take money with no intention of sending wine) as a chance to get a cash injection. Shame on these guys a blight on the South...
