Session was running very late due to the previous group needing lots of encouragement to go on the activity. This was not fair for our group who had to wait around for forty minutes before even getting into the safety talk. Perhaps if other people don’t want to do it they shouldn’t and the leaders should move on. We booked the rock climbing event for my teenage son and myself, but it was pouring with rain during our time slot. I tried to postpone in advance on the phone, but they do not answer the number on their web page. I then emailed Andrew the owner, but he refused to give us another time slot. Andrew said that we had to do the rock climbing in the rain, because they felt it is safe to do so. Very poor customer service!! I booked online via their website we drove 40mins to find out they had a system clitch and that it booked a AM service instead of PM I asked for compensation he refused and also refused to take responsibility for their system not working!
