We recently held our Corporate Team Building Activity at Sutton Estate Hunter Valley and it was absolutely amazing! We booked the 3-hour package, which included the Chocolate Escape Room, Wine Escape Room, and Axe Throwing — such a fun and engaging mix of activities that had our leadership team laughing, thinking, and bonding the whole time.
Booking online can sometimes feel uncertain, especially when you haven’t seen the venue in person, but I can confidently say the location was beautiful and the professionalism was outstanding.
A huge thank you to Phillippa, who was incredible from the very first communication right through to the day of the event. Her attention to detail and warm hospitality made everything run smoothly.

Read moreIf you want fabulous service, fun experiences and holiday memories Suttons is the place for you! We hired ebikes and had the super helpful Simon & Glen look after us. Simon helped us plan our route and shared lots of helpful tips (make sure you book ahead, the ebikes, tastings and restaurants). As part of the stella Suttons service, they collect your winery purchases for you and they're ready for pick up at the end of your ride. The bikes were great and we were lucky enough to try the new fat tyre bikes which we could double on, the kids loved it. Thank god Simon kept an eye on us as we tried riding to QLD..... He chased us down then popped us back on the right path - legends. Absolutely recommend Suttons. Now we want to come back and try their escape...
Read moreWe booked to do the chocolate escape room and arrived extremely excited for what we thought was the correct time and date. It wasn’t until we arrived that we had confused people greet us so after checking our booking we realised we had booked the day prior without realising the date. Now, we understand that the mistake solely lies with us, however the customer service we received was horrible. We got a ‘sorry’ and that was it. No attempt at trying to work something out for us, or try to fit us in to a time slot that hadn’t been booked. We did not want a refund, nor did we ask for one. We wanted to do the experience we paid for. I believe this to be terrible customer service as mistakes happen but making no attempt to rectify the issue has me deeply...
