Boomer Beach — Attraction in Port Elliot

We went as a family with kids ages 7 and 8 for a swim and the beach exceeded our expectations. The strip was long, which meant we had a whole private section to ourselves which was lovely.

The kids loved the cracking sand as they walked. The water was initially fresh though once we all got wet we didn't notice. The best were the waves, the kids loved jumping over them, diving in and being pulled as they resisted.

A train came by as we were swimming which was an added bonus to the experience.

We will definitely be back again for a swim...
