Very beautiful place for early morning photography. I like going down into the water and watching First Light brighten the sky. There are undercover picnic tables but amenities are based on Northern end near the offleash area.

Quite beautiful in its own way. The beach is small, with lots of interesting pebbles and stones. A nice quiet area, that is well used by locals. Great for kids. Toilets nearby and picnic tables by the pathway.

Spend a good couple of hours on this beach collecting sea glass... beautiful beach and beautiful atmosphere.

I take my family here for a bbq and play on the beach regularly, you can see the beach from the bbq seats and has always been a great experience for us. They have recently banned even LEASHED dogs from foreshore and beach. There is an off leash dog beach adjacent to this beach however there are no BBQs or tables provided within close proximity to the water which makes it hard to cook a bbq and watch the kids play around the water, so there goes my chance to relax. It’s also an off leash dog beach which as great as it is, doesn’t suit everyone.

So so disappointed, especially in the lack of information provided to the public by the council. I have visited here with my family and our dogs for years, within the last month or so there have been new signs placed around the facility banning all dogs and threatening to enforce fines, they have never been present before and you were required to leash your dog on that beach. As a family with children who are on the Spectrum, we are devastated to find yet another place in the community we...
