If I could give 10 stars I would! Incredibly delicious food & spectacular customer service. We received a sweet note apologizing for the wait (food was delivered within the time frame, so we weren’t worried). we appeared to be missing items (unclear if went missing after order was packed when with menulog driver or if the items were missed in packing the bag by accident), & when I called the restaurant, they were incredibly apologetic and kind, and organized the items to be freshly made and delivered by one of their Staff members, John. He arrived within 10 minutes, it was crazy fast! He is an absolute sweetheart & came bearing bulk chicken satay (my hero)! Moral of the story is, these things happen when you order delivery, but a response like this and effort to fix it is rare in this day and age. Their customer service is next level; they went above and beyond my expectations and bent over backwards to make it right.

Once the order is taken the only time you see the staff is when the food is bought to the table. Now I realize we're not talking Michelin guide here, but surely napkins and cutlery could be provided before the entree arrives. We asked for napkins as the entree was finger food, very delicious at that, napkins were bought out, but didn't click that cutlery was missing. Mains arrived and one of our party of seven remarked that he was good because his main didn't require a fork. Penny drops and the girls hastily provide spoons, forks. But the food quality makes up for the inadequate training of the staff. I don't blame the young girls, but somebody should explain to them the basics of looking after your customers. Or no management if what I got is an indication. Ordered on phone. Went in right on time. Queue waiting for food. When I was able to ask about order(10 mins) later , said it was nearly ready. Kept asking and was finally given food close to 40 minutes later. Luckily checked food in car and it was someone else's order. Took it back. Explanation. Order was never given to kitchen in first place. So when they checked, whose order were they checking. Total chaos. So annoying and left me without dinner. All I was offered was money back. So waste of time and a lot of annoyance....
