Rapid Bay Beach — Attraction in Rapid Bay

Rapid Bay is a beautiful and peaceful place to visit. The beach is quiet and scenic, ideal for a relaxing day out. It’s one of the best places to watch the sunset — the view over the ocean as the sky changes color is absolutely stunning.

There were even people camping overnight, which added to the laid-back atmosphere.

One of the more interesting features here is the cave. It’s worth a look if you’re curious, but be warned: when I went in, there was a strong bat smell, it was pitch black inside, a bit scary, and deeper than expected. Bring a flashlight if you plan to explore it.

It has always been a hidden gem of a beach mostly used by the campers behind the beach, there are 3 car parks and the best beach car park head through the direction of the camp ground towards the rapid bay cave and you will discover a great beach parking spot.
