Hidden paradise, but I would recommend other snokerling spots as this beach was small and too crowded when we arrive.

Bring your own blankets or small tents ⛺️ and remember to pack some food as the next stop for food is a distance which you won’t be able to come back to the same spot in time for the last ferry.

The bus takes an hour from the start point to make a full loop back. No buses going the opposite direction.

In March the water is too cold so I wouldn’t recommend you to visit if you don’t cycle, and not after water sports.

My Aunty and Uncles wanted to cycle but was thankful they did not as the Island was very big and distances between the stops were quite a distance, adding on to the fact that there wasn’t much toilet stops and the roads were steep.

Saw many families with young kids Cycling though. There is an explorer bus and bicycle package where if you are too tired you can drop the bike and take the bus.

Quokkas are cute and very easy to spot too. Try other beaches I think there were many others I personally felt were nicer, and might have...

when I went this place and show the beauty of nature then I just said "OMG". Yes, this place is fantastic ...... I went to Rottnest Island with my family in the summer time. I took the ferry with Rottnest Express from Perth to Fremantle and then Rottnest Island. Perth to Fremantle took at least 1 hour and I enjoyed a lot the swan river. After then we departed for Rottnest island from the Bshed. when going over we spotted few Dolphins & Humpback whales which added the great pleasure of the travel. The crew was so nice and helpful. After reached over the island our luggage been transferred to the hotel so we did not need to carry it. Then the crew handed over the bikes so we can start our tour by riding it. We went so many places there but the salmon bay is one of my favorite bay. I discovered the crystal clear water at salmon bay and I couldn't resist myself and jump in the water to start to enjoy the every moment. I also did the snorkeling at the bay. I really loved this place and then after I visited this place approximately 58 times now. SHOCKED...

This was an amazing experience. I saw lots of little salmon at the little salmon Bay. Just kidding. No we know little Simon. I was a little bit disappointed just like the little salmon but the water was very nice and splashy. The wave came up and hit me a couple of times, but I got some good photos of the thing is hitting the rocks so I was pretty happy. I was pretty happy with how it went and I ate a very nice meal there there were a couple of quokkas and they went quack quack quack and I thought it was just amazing. you know not being in English or Asian or American tourist. I was pretty happy just being an Australian tourist so it was quite a good experience. I had to come over from Perth and yeah it was very nice. I really liked the sand in the water and there were rocks but I didn’t like how there was a sign that said no going on these rocks because it’s dangerous. I didn’t care. I wanted to get some photography shots but I followed the rules and it was a...

How to spend 24 hours on Rottnest Island: 💙 Take a morning ferry over to the island and hire yourself a bike (or an ebike if you’re feeling a bit boujee) 💙 Spend the day cycling around beach hopping - you can find a few beaches you can get all to yourself on the opposite side of the island to the ferry 💙 Head back into the settlement, grab some food and check into your accommodation ( we stayed at @discoveryrottnestisland ) 💙 Watch the sunset from the Basin & sunrise from Pinky beach 💙 Hop back on your bike in the morning and go for a snorkel at Little Salmon Bay & Henrietta Rocks 💙 Leave the island feeling relaxed, salty & sun kissed… although definitely try be less sun kissed than we were 😳 Have you visited Rotto before? Definitely one for the bucket list if not! • • • • #thisiswa #justanotherdayinwa #holidayherethisyear #seeaustralia #seeaustralia_wa #thisisaustralia
