Peasholm Dog Beach — Attraction in Scarborough

Nice dog beach with plenty of friendly dogs and people here, with most people being courageous and picking up after their dog. There are plenty of poop bags and bins to put your doggy waste. The beach in somr parts doee have quite a steep slope and when the water is rough it can be quite dangerous for some of the little dogs and people so not great for little kids either ( if water rough) There is a small car park however it does get very busy on weekends and there are also toilets and showers near the car park..It's quite a large dog beach with plenty of beach/sand areas too and I'm sure your little furry friend or have great from...

Pooches love the beach...so any beach that welcomes them gets a 5 star from me .....dont leave any any thing of value in your car even leave the glove box open to show there is nothing there ....not that this place is any worse than anywhere else just might save your window being smashed and watch for snakes in the dunes they won't bother you just keep aware in summer.....if I haven't scared you off yet get down there its lovely spot and your besties...

Great dog beach with enough space for a decent walk along the beach. The water doesnt get too deep too quickly which is great for my dog who wants to play in the water but not necessarily swim haha. There are bathrooms and a wash down area which is great, however the path doesnt extend from the wash to car park. The beach usually isn't too busy, however, in peak times finding a carpark can be difficult due to limited parking...
