Fairly easy trail to the Balwins Bluff Lookout. This trail is about an hour’s journey from Perth by car. Easy hike in the early section of the trail. The middle section a quite steep with lots of rocks. You will need good hiking shoes. The entire trail is 6km return. This is not a loop. It is out and back. You can spot wild kangaroos around the trail! Good toilets at the car park area.

A fairly steep walk with uneven terrain - but worth it! 6km (between 1.5-3hrs depending on speed). There is a nice view to Serpentine Falls in the distance. Once you make the ascent to the halfway mark, it's fairly easy going. Beware of the feisty kangaroo at the start of the hike :D NP Entrance fees apply

A steep but very rewarding walk, amazing views of both the city and the falls. Budget two hours there and back with a nice break at the top. Will be back!

Although it's a class 4 trail because of a short incline with loose rocks, it's a relatively easy trail with lots of flat ground up at the top. Enjoyed the view of the Serpentine Falls and the valley. However I thought it would be a harder climb. No...
