Take the walk from the parking area heading towards the point.

Its a nice easy paved path, took us about 10 minutes.

There will be a fork where you choose to go right to Wave Lookout or left towards Bustard Bay. You can do them both as they connect with a set of stairs as well.

The walk takes in beautiful water views and has a boardwalk platform at the end with a series of long bench seats to sit on.

I did see some people venturing past the railing but we stayed where the kids were safe. :)

Beautiful...

A fabulous, if rather breezy, way of taking the view in across Bustard Bay and down the coast towards Agnes Water. Only a short walk from the free car park you can see dolphins and turtles awning off the headland. There are also alternative tracks leading away from the car park to another viewing platform looking over the sea and to secluded beaches (swimming from them is prohibited because of string currents). Again, keep a grip of you hat...

A short easy walk to the look out from the car park, yes it's up a hill but you hardly notice that as the path winds it's way to the point. Majestic views along the path and a park bench if you need a break or just want to take it all in. Please remember it's a national park area, no dogs aloud, there are signs everywhere, but apparently some owners...

Nice easy strolls to two lookout from this location. One takes you directly to a view of the cove. The other is a pleasant walk through natural vegetation. I had a 4 year old and a fit 80 year old and they both managed and enjoyed the walk. There is also a longer walk of 1.2km which ends at Captain Cook Memorial which starts as a dirt trail.

Beautiful 10-15 minute round trip walk from the car park. Small coastal path through the trees, with a couple of steps from the other lookout, and a gravel marked path to the lookout. There’s an unmarked path beyond the lookout, but steep and exposed cliff edges on either side, and not recommended. Quite a few no dog sign’s unfortunately.
