Take the walk from the parking area heading towards the point.
Its a nice easy paved path, took us about 10 minutes.
There will be a fork where you choose to go right to Wave Lookout or left towards Bustard Bay. You can do them both as they connect with a set of stairs as well.
The walk takes in beautiful water views and has a boardwalk platform at the end with a series of long bench seats to sit on.
I did see some people venturing past the railing but we stayed where the kids were safe. :)

Majestic views along the path and a park bench if you need a break or just want to take it all in.
