This place is like a heaven. When I climbed up that hill and saw that grassland spread over the coasts I was spellbound... The place felt like it is from my dream. I had a feeling of Déjà vu, which is kinda personal. Luckily we also spotted a dolphin.

As I love calm and peaceful places, I can tell that this place is one of the most beautiful places I've travelled to in my life so far. Highly recommend it to those who love to be in the peaceful places.

The beach can also be wonderful for those who like to surf, snorkel and/or swim. Jetty would be better if people wouldn't crowd there with their fishing rods.

In a nutshell, it is one of the best places to go to for a day trip with your family or the loved ones if you live in Adelaide as it is just 92km (about 1hr25min drive) from Adelaide...

Such a cool little place to explore with the family. We loved that there were toilets right near the car park, and the fact that the car park was so close to the jetty. One problem is that there can be a lack of available places to park when the jetty is busy. If you’re feeling a little more adventurous, you can step off the right hand side of the jetty, exploring the old tramway as it winds it’s way around the rock formations. This leads you to a short beach walk, full of interesting cliffs and smooth pebbles that our kids loved to stack and make ‘castles’ with. The old tramway then continues, leading you further out towards the old pier. There is also another track leading to what looks to be a cave, though it looked less accessible for children so we didn’t...

Second Valley has been a favourite place for most of my life! It was a hidden gem that is now very popular; especially during the Summer Holidays! Beautiful clean beach and crystal clear water. About 1/2 way along the jetty you will find a hewn path that leads around the base of the cliff face and if you take this you will be in for an absolute treat! The cliff rocks are if the most gorgeous colours and patterns! Just be careful taking photos that you dont lose your footing: It hurts! The rock face is sharp and if you were to fall waterside, well even worse! However, take it carefully and you will be...
