Looks to me like this place is a work in progress. Being a marina, it obviously is home to many boats and appears to be a popular fishing spot. It is also the place for divers to head out and explore the HMAS Hobart. There is a $10 launch fee and plenty of parking around. Look out for the speed humps as they are not very clear. From what I can tell, grand houses are being built. On my way back to the main road, there were kangaroos grazing on the side...

Nothing much to see in the marina itself, unless you like boats. But if you turn off on Seaview Avenue and go along that, you get a nice view from up top. But there is no actual look out point.

It had a nice little marina, but no other services. We basically drove in and drove back out. Grounds weren’t very well maintained. The place looked a bit deserted.
