Swansea Lakeside Holiday Park Playground — Attraction in Swansea

The park encourages group bookings but let us down on arrival.

We are still so disappointed with our relocation to 617 from 612. We chose 612 as part of a group booking with our group in Vans just behind us. I do understand that booking choices are not guaranteed but surely for a 2 week stay you could have done better. Sending me confirmation of our booking in the week preceding our stay that we were in 612 and not advising of the move before arrival was very upsetting. We as a group personally came and picked the sites so that the vans and cabin were close. Our group experience was disjointed. Normally a move to another identical cabin would not have been mattered but the way it was handled was poor. I was told just to email the managers with my concerns and then it took until the Thursday...

We visited over a weekend in the school holidays and were visited by security right on the 10pm curfew on the Saturday night and told to turn the low volume music off and wrap it up for the night when we were playing a family game of quoits with the kids. The following night we were sat around watching the state of origin when we were visited by park security at 9.30pm (before curfew) to tell us we can only make noise for 30 more minutes but we could no longer cheer. We will not be returning or recommending this park to anyone as they clearly do not accomadate people who just like a bit of good old family fun!

First time visiting this park, The park is to over crowded not enough room between sites, felt like your sitting on your neighbours laps. The womens toilets not very well maintained nor clean, toilet paper every where as well as sanitary wrappers. The management is poor not to mention the food van is lacking in customer service skills 😕 ...
