This is the most comprehensive and detailed review I have posted to date. It is justified and deserves a 10/10 in comparison to most parks I have been to in 46 years. Beautifully maintained by Baulkham hills council and a credit to them. They are constantly improving infrastructure and upgrading existing areas. Was formally owned by Masonic s and was granted to the councils may moons ago. Has some beautiful mason architecture and charm. It is an asset to our community and serves for a host of events and functions. . . from SES meetings, weddings, multiple sports, etc, etc. I'm sure to have missed something because it has so much. Security patrol and even speed limited one way streets within. Will add more pics of the entire place for you guys. Is obviously the fur that attracted me initially. Though I have been familiar with this place so nice childhood and it just gets better.

It's a very big park for kids . Good for picnics too. It's got 2 cricket pitch. Nice place to get your children detached from electronic gadgets and unwind their muscles. Adults can go for a walk , jog, run or just spend some quality time with children .

Everything you need. Dog park, 2 different aged play equipment and a bike track. Recommended for the young family with a dog.

The best recreational park in baulkham hills, there amazing playground for kids, with nearby barbeque facilities. Nice shady long walking track around an oval. There is enclosed area for dogs. Skateboarding slides. Soccer field. Some excercise equipment. Very green and beautiful. The only downside is there isn't much of a shade in the enclosed area for dogs - it gets too hot during summer, there's literrally only one small verandah, at least if there were some trees, it would make life so much better...

The days & times that the back gate is opened & shut appear to be very ad hoc. Would benefit from a sign advising this information so visitors could better plan their entry & exit points.

The back gate appears to be NOT OPENED by 9.30am most Thursday mornings. Unsure if this occurs on any other day of the week.

Very frustrating as it forces people to take Seven Hills Road entry - which is a bottle neck both on the road and inside Balcombe Heights at that...
