Whent on Australia Day Dinner Cruise, this being the forth time so far. I couldn't talk so highly about service till this time. In the past there was a buffet with variety of different choices. Such as ham, chicken,beef, veggies, salads, prawns as far as I remember. You were able to go for seconds no problem.This time round shamefully everyone got some mixed lettuce,1 prawn, and one piece of small beef slice. Everyone started complaining and we finally got a few more slices of meat and an extra prawn each, and 1 small bread roll each. Thank God there was a Mac Donald's at Ramsgate on the way home. I asked if there were new owners and was told no it just was a sit down dinner instead of a buffet. Talking to others there was a vegetarian on board that notified them when purchasing tickets and after complaining she was able to get a few extra prawns. Very sad to such a big company that have made such servere changes...
Read moreWas really excited to grab a coffee with my two kids prior to my daughters ballet. Yet I was met with head shakes and disapproving looks as my daughter who has moderate autism struggled to sit down. Whilst I appreciate there are hot drinks being served as I consistently aimed to get to sit down and kept an eye in her. Some manors and speaking me on a level would have gone a long way.
On explaining there wasn't much understanding. Safe to say we won't be back!
