Do you go to buy a steak sandwich so you can’t eat it and then hope to get a refund? Exactly! Well I bought one and had a bite, it was tough so thought I’d try the other side as there were 2 small separate pieces. No luck could not chew or enjoy it. Returned to say it was tough and couldn’t eat it. Left it with staff. Sat back outside as we had milkshakes. No one came out to see me. After finishing milkshake decided, I haven’t eaten anything except some bite of toast and chewed small piece of steak no bigger than fifty cents. Asked for a refund, WOW big mistake young boy there said I had eaten some and couldn’t have a refund. How did I know if steak was tough if I couldn’t have a bite??? After a long time another lady came out trying to explain it was good steak and very expensive but if I wanted better they would have to spend $40odd for better steak? So I’m not supposed to be able to eat the steak they use??? As stated before I do not order steak sandwich on the understanding that I wouldn’t be able to eat it and want a refund? The young fellow reckons they will run at a loss, guess what if you can’t receive feed back and have that attitude, he’s right we won’t be back. He probably doesn’t care anyway, which he actually said that he doesn’t need us as customers. P.S eventually got a refund. More courteous in local clubs, cafes which usually apologize and offer something...

I won’t be going back there. I ordered an ice latte from there and wasn’t paying much attention how it was being made. When I walked out and sipped on it, it was not cold and so came back to ask for more ice and the attendant went to the little ice box grabbed a handful of ice with her BARE HANDS and put it in my drink. I was shocked and totally disgusted. I told her how she thinks that’s acceptable to have hands all over it. She was surprised she got caught out and went to make it again. I watched her look for a cup etc to take the ice from the ice box and proceeded to make my drink again from the same ice box where she just dipped her hands into moments ago. Yuck. There was a customer before me who had 3 iced drinks and I don’t know how many other people that day who paid for a drink that was handled by this woman who was old enough to know better. There were people lining up and I couldn’t be bothered telling her again how the drink she just made was an acceptable but I’ll never go back...

I was warned of he dramas that could occur here and unfortunately didnt listen - so this visit has pushed me to go out of my way and complain like this - simply because nothing will be done if you are not happy - that’s your warning public - ordered an Acai bowl - I’m happy to pay whatever IF it is what I request, what I need and want.. at $14 ! I did not expect for my healthy açai bowl to taste like powdered chocolate - when I asked why - “hazelnut” protein was the only one they had - ok, but I threw $14 away because it was that gastly and I refuse to eat chocolate instead of açai and I know if I go to Cronulla mall I can get a vanilla protein açai for $8 and the bowl will not be half full - here’s a description- half full, 4 blueberries,1 strawberry and a quarter of a banana on top .. will not be returning - I would have gone back IF any of the three staff had offered to make a plain one or apologised or something other than make me feel like I had no choice but to leave and...
