Bilarong Reserve — Attraction in Sydney

A breath of paradise. The views of Narrabeen lakes are awesome. Great swimming, fishing, picnic, walking, running, bike riding area. Lots of picnic tables and BBQ areas. Scout hall. Public rest rooms. Beginning of exceptional nature walk to Narrabeen Sports centre along Wakehurst parkway. Sensational park area for group picnics and get togethers. Magnificent stone sculptures. Nice lake shore and walkway. Also plastered with signs that dogs are not allowed (why not?) - but then again it is a doggy highway. So we followed the crowd. When we cam, it was not serene, but rather super busy. And the walk is stretching without an obvious goal or highlight. But maybe we gave up...

Great reserve on the shores of Narrabeen Lagoon. Kids area and playground, BBQ's, or just rest and watch the lagoon.
