I don't usually write reviews, but for this place I really had to. Been here 3 times so far and I've always had the best time here. The first time I came here was around last year (I think?) with 'Perpetual Motion'. After an hour's drive to this place, we did initially had our doubts because it was located pretty far from our usual hangout and they didn't had much reviews then. And I still remember when we drove in for the first time (the last time slot during weekday 8pm, it was pretty dark!), our group joked that it might be a trap by a serial killer 😨 (LOL!). The minimal signs at the entrance didn't help! But I'm glad they decided to have a big banner at the entrance this time. We walked in to the building and we were immediately greeted by Julia, who instantly quelled our fear with her cheerfulness and enthusiasm. Her husband Darren joined in very soon after and they both shared their experiences of how and why they decided to open an escape room. I already felt that we are definitely going to have a good time even before we did it. And for sure we did! If you have done 'Perpetual Motion', you must do their other 2 rooms 'Framed' and 'Yin Yang' that just launched a few weeks ago. They have lots of puzzles and I love how they are not linear and allows different individuals tackle multiple puzzles at the same time. Minimal downtime and you will always have something to do. Darren and Julia listens and seeks customer feedback and constantly tweaks their rooms. We love the lengthy conversations we have after the sessions and we didn't want to leave! It is not just an escape room. It is the whole experience, the whole package. I also recommend you do their Escape Room in a box (or chest). We did their third room 'Yin Yang' last night, and they have been very consistent with the puzzle quality and their production value. They went all out for all of us escapees. They already have plans to create new rooms in the future and I can't wait to come back! LOVE THIS PLACE! Can't emphasize this enough. I had my best escape room memories here. Don't let the distance stop you. You WILL NOT regret it. AMAZING!!!

Elude Escape Room provided my friend and me with an unforgettable experience that far exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised by their commitment to inclusivity and their willingness to adapt to meet our specific needs. Their dedication to accommodating different languages and accessibility requirements is commendable. What truly sets Elude Escape Room apart is their open-mindedness and their genuine desire to collaborate and improve their services continually. This commitment extends to making their escape rooms accessible for Deaf and Auslan-using individuals, which is a testament to their dedication to serving a diverse range of customers. We chose the Perpetual Room, and it proved to be an exhilarating challenge filled with unexpected twists and turns. The puzzles and riddles were ingeniously designed, keeping us engaged and on our toes throughout the experience. The attention to detail and immersive atmosphere within the room was truly remarkable. I wholeheartedly recommend the Perpetual Room to anyone seeking an adrenaline-pumping adventure. It's an excellent choice for both escape room enthusiasts and newcomers alike. The thrill of solving puzzles and uncovering hidden surprises will keep you talking about the experience long after it's over. Elude Escape Room has certainly left a lasting impression on us. Their dedication to inclusivity, commitment to improvement, and the sheer excitement of the Perpetual Room make it a must-visit destination for all adventure seekers. We can't wait to return and explore their other rooms, as we're confident they'll be just as fantastic as this one.

The driveway could be easy to miss if it was your first time there. The theming is great and the puzzles are all logical so it is possible to get through without hints. We did Yin Yang, which does not require you to know Chinese characters or customs, etc, fortunately, although knowing might help a tiny bit (it really only helped us to discount the impossible solutions not to get to the right one), and Perpetual Motion, which was interesting as there were two things in the room which caught us off guard. One day, maybe, I'll be back to play Framed if I can find someone who can drive to play with me. Also, how cute are these? I know the keychain is a bottle opener but I love skeleton keys design and finally changing my keychain now. PS. Not saying this in a bad way but the poster for Yin Yang (in front of the room) actually reminds me of a Thai massage place somehow...

We did 2 rooms in one day at Elude: Perpetual Motion & Framed. We were a group of 6 experienced escape room players and managed to set a new record. We absolutely loved the rooms and definitely recommend a visit for both new and experienced players.

Location: We're used to doing escape rooms in the CBD so this was a bit different for us, however it's easy to get there by car (very well signposted when there) and there's plenty of space for parking. A few cafes nearby to dissect the room afterwards too. Reception was big and welcoming.

Staff: Darren and Julia were both super lovely, explained everything clearly and you could tell they have such passion for their games. They even walked us through the puzzles afterwards which was a great touch.

Puzzles: Perpetual Motion had traditional locks/keys and was a linear format. Although this was their lowest difficulty room we had great fun solving the puzzles and they were all very satisfying to solve. Framed had a few more fancier mechanical elements that we loved and was non-linear, again the puzzles were just the right amount of challenging and fun to solve. What really stood out to us was that no puzzles felt like they had been added to fill time, everything just flowed so nice and made sense with the theme.

Theming: Awesome theming in both rooms, couldn't fault it!! Can tell a lot of time and effort was put in here to make the experience immersive.

Rooms: Getting out of the CBD really pays off here because there was so much space! Even with 6 of us (max number allowed) we didn't feel cramped.

Format: I loved the video introductions to the story, they were well executed and it sets you up for the games really well. For clues you just needed to call out so it was great not carrying around walkie-talkies.

Overall: We loved the rooms here at Elude, you can really tell that the owners have so much passion for what they've created and it shows in the quality of the puzzles and how they link together. We can't wait to be back to try out...
