Been coming here 10 years. Found them on Google. My daughter’s first birthday was here. we use to come here every Monday but then my daughter started big school , but we still try to get out here as much as possible as my 2 year old also loves this place. Yes it is small but it’s enough for the kids. It’s a family farm. Family atmosphere. You won’t find hands on experience like this. All the staff are amazing especially Alisa and the farm kids Scarlett and Ashley are always around helping out all the visitors and know there stuff about the animals🩷 we went on Sunday and they had baby calves out in the open paddock!!!! It was the best ! Always something new and exciting! We love this place! it’s like a second home to us 🩷 you must book before going though as there is alot of tourists & families that come but you do NOT have to pay online when you book untill you get there! Which is the best as they are all mothers and fathers at the farm so they know things can happen (sickness ect ) and don’t have to deal with waiting for refunds ect. It’s been like that for years. I’ve noticed a lot of reviews complaining about the price. $5 for a pony ride is nothing ..the one at Kurnell is $60 for a 10 minute ride which kids kind of get over it after 3 minutes . $5 bucket of feed is to feed the animals $5 digger token is like any shopping centre ride. The entry price and add ons help pay for the animals and wages. Also the experience you get to hold a baby duck , baby rabbit , baby chicken or cuddle a baby cow ect is all included in the price! The reptile park is charging $90 per person to hold a dingo . $85 to hold a snake. I feel as though the farm prices are reasonable and worth...
Read moreI don't usually leave reviews for places I've visited, but you've inspired me. Having just returned from a visit with my wife and 14 month old son, I can't help but feel we've been taken for a ride - this place is far too pricey for what it is.
We arrived here about 1pm on Easter Saturday - understandably a busy day for the place. We were told that on top of the $20 per person ticket (any kid over 1 is slugged with this) , there was a per person 'Easter Activities fee' , which seemed kind of vague and brought the tickets up to $95.
Firstly, a 14 month old is barely a toddler and has a limited attention span - they're not going to get the same enjoyment out of this as a 3 year old. Most places would admit very young children in free, or at least charge a lot less than a full adult.
What the sales staff neglected to mention was all the 'Easter' activities were done - and yet they still were happy to charge us $30 each ( again, this is for our 14 month old baby) . There was nothing particularly special about our stroll around the 5 or 6 barns and enclosures that comprised of the place. There were no easter eggs to be found, only a couple of bored alpacas and a horde of goats. I don't really expect that much from a glorified petting zoo but for close to a hundred dollars we could enjoy a whole day at Taronga Zoo.
You can honestly walk around this place in half an hour. For half the price I'd be less scathing but you are truly just being greedy on days like today. At least throw in the damn stale feeding bread for free eh?
Can't recommend - seriously, at half the price this place...
Read moreI would say this is a decent animal park but it is expensive for what's available. $30 entry for each adult AND child and there's chickens, goats and sheep. We were basically done in 30mins. There are some excellent excavators / diggers / cranes that children can operate which is a major bonus but they are $5 for 3 mins (I guess the mins). Feed bags are another $5 each, pony rides $5 each, after a while it was just like, what's actually included? The best included activity was the holding baby animals I much preferred Calmsley Hill City Farm or Sydney zoo as there was more variety to keep the kids attention going. The staff were friendly and helpful, the transaction area was a little busy but never had to wait more than 1 min. It's location put at Dural is obviously more convenient for the Northwest, but most of the animal farms in Sydney are a 40min drive. There's a cafe truck outside. I haven't tried all the animal parks in Sydney, so I'd be inclined to try them. Of the parks I have tried, Symbio, calmsley hill City farm, Taronga and featherdale were my best. Haven't been to Sydney...
