Terrible experience with Raw Passion Desserts. DO NOT BUY!

I ordered the cake at the Raw Passion on the 1st Aug and scheduled the delivery on the 14th Aug to my partner.

Raw Passion failed on delivery and accused me not providing my partner’s contact number so the driver couldn’t reach him, which is totally a lie. As I provided it during the booking and sent a screenshot to Samantha at Raw Passion.

Samantha’s reply was slow and her attitude was terrible. I asked her if they can redeliver it on the 16th as they are not working on Sunday. Samantha replied that if they can’t make 16th they will redeliver it on the 17th (email exchanged on the 14th Aug).

However I haven’t received any update from her And had to send another chasing email on the 17th Aug. Samantha got back to me and said they can deliver it on the 19th which is 5 days after my original deliver date and the cake has been sitting in the freezer during this time.

The cake supposed to be a nice birthday surprise for my partner. Raw Passion failed in delivery and messed up with their order system, and blamed customer for their own mistake- not providing contact number which is a lie. Then they tried to ask my partner to take a cake which had been sitting in the freezer for 5 days!

I asked Samantha to either remake it and deliver it on the 19th Aug or process the refund. Samantha got very angry and rude with me and my partner and still tried to send the old cake to us on the 19th, which we made it very clear on the 18th Aug’s email and text, that we won’t take it.

As a customer, I have my right to receive the promised product (not a 5 days old cake!) and decent service from the vendor. I requested for a refund on the 19th Aug and chased Samantha serval times but no reply.

This leaves me no choice but to comment it on the review and to warn the future customers: DO NOT BUY your cake at the...

Total waste of money. Tastes awful. Please avoid if you don't wish to be embarrassed by guests as I did.

In response to the incredibly rude owner of the business: Your response says a lot about you. First, I am actually her cousin, who was also at the family function that was ruined because of your inedible and faulty products. Second, how dare you call a customer rude, just because she reached out to tell you that you charged her a $100 for an inedible and faulty product? If anything, you are the rude and inappropriate one for doing so. Third, it is beyond belief that you are lying in your response below, to justify your faulty products. You were informed that we served and attempted to eat, and binned the so called cake you delivered, within one hour, not five hours. Fourth, you offered to recompense her by sending a different product, then did not deliver it, so you in fact admitted fault with your items, but did not do so. She can actually take this further if she would like, and I will encourage her to do so. Furthermore, we have photographs of the disgusting cake you sent, and will be posting them to warn other customers not to waste their money on rude con artists like yourselves. Happy to respond again, if you continue with your rude responses. Don't expect to be rude to respectable customer and expect them not to respond. Also don't expect to rip people off, and ruin family functions, without customers at least...

I ordered the chocolate and coconut cake for my bosses birthday, no where on the email confirmation or the online payment process says that you will receive a text from a driver the day of your delivery to tell you when it will be delivered. When i went to pick up the cake in Alexandria on my way to work i had to call raw passion because the cake wasn’t ready to be picked up and the woman on the phone, who was extremely unhelpful told me that on their website it tells you to order the day before and then gave me the wrong email to email them my work address so later when i got my confirmation text from the delivery driver it was too late to change the delivery address. I don’t know why she couldn’t of been more helpful by taking the new delivery address on the phone. I will never order a cake...
