Excellent beach spot. Lake is separate to ocean, so zero waves. Shallow and sandy out far. Lots of parking on Remembrance dr along the street. Bathrooms family close at thr Slsc. Single shower to wash your feet. Great for kids, kayaks and sups.

A hidden gem in the central coast of NSW. This scenic, narural beuty is great for a picnic and swim. Small parking lot and a short walk to the beach. But a lot of flies so better bring repellant. There is no lifeguard so swim with cautions.

Needs better policing of no dog policy( signs around stating no dogs allowed,on leish or otherwise, heavy fines etc) Go there on a weekend it's like going to a dog show. There are plenty of other places to walk your dog.

Wamberal Lagoon has it all. Beach, bush, ocean, lagoon, sand, sand and even more sand....(Did I mention sand?). And if you're craving a coffee, the Wamberal SLSC is just around the corner and the coffee is ... (drumroll) ... good.

Come check it out, the coffee, the lagoon (safe to swim for the kiddies) the beach (for the surfies) and if you're the romantic kind, stroll along the beach.

See...

So pretty and picturesque. The lagoon entertains families on hot days with some interesting walks on the north end. This place always provides a nice place for photos and the waves make it a nice spot for surfing. The beach is patrolled during the season. The surf club is near the lagoon and there is parking there. There is also more parking for the lagoon from a...

Lovely place for a picnic, sunbake, paddle, kayak or swim, not sure how polluted the water is though as it was quite warm. There is a sign up advising of danger with deep holes in the shallow water so watch the kids. If you're looking for toilets take the path at the end of street on your right, leads through to loos in the surf...
