Incredibly beautiful winery with impressively knowledgeable staff. Romain was very friendly and easy to get along with, but also giving us an understanding of the way the wines are grown and made. His knowledge and experience made the whole tasting wonderful, and there wasn't a wine we didn't enjoy. Came by because some of their wines have a high rating on Vivino. Tried a flight of wine and got the Shiraz 2018 and Carb Sauv 2013. The shiraz was my favourite. Bold in flavours and fruitiness. Their wines specialise with a hint of chalkiness that apparently comes from the particular region its grown in.
