Garawarra State Conservation Area — Attraction in Wollongong City Council

Beautiful day, wonderful food 😋 at a very friendly &(dog friendly) restaurant, however wildlife attacking your food (kookaburras mainly) is quite entertaining 😀 especially if you're a wildlife enthusiast or a child 😀 could be quite upsetting 😡 and unnerving for the elderly, however, I am 76 and my wife is 71 we thought it was an absolute scream 😱 only because the restauranters had supplied us with utensils (colanders) to adequately cover our plates at times of swoop and attack!! Supplying us with the entertainment of competition re: who wins in man/woman vs wildlife!! If this is something you're not particularly up for, this is definitely not the restaurant 😑...

Amazing views, a must see place for any adventurers, there is so much to do and see, plan ahead to spend the whole day here to enjoy all the wonderful areas of this place, you must see the cave area in particular it is amazing, also try and get here early as it is much nicer when quiet, we spent the day cruising through here then at the end of the day had a small picnic with the family.
