Stanwell Park Beach is a small, picturesque beach located south of Sydney, Australia. The beach is surrounded by tall, lush trees and is known for its clear, blue waters and fine, white sand. It's a popular spot for swimming, surfing, and picnicking, and there are plenty of amenities nearby, including restrooms, showers, and a small kiosk selling snacks and drinks.

One of the best things about Stanwell Park Beach is its peaceful, laid-back atmosphere. It's a great place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and relax in nature. The beach is not very crowded, even on hot summer days, so you can easily find a spot to set up your towel and soak up the sun.

The water at Stanwell Park Beach is generally quite calm, making it a good option for families with young children or for those who are not strong swimmers. However, it's always important to be aware of your surroundings and the conditions of the water, as there may be rips or undertows at times. Lifeguards are on duty during peak times, so it's always a good idea to swim between the flags.

Overall, Stanwell Park Beach is a beautiful and enjoyable spot to spend a day at the beach. Whether you're looking to swim, surf, or just relax, you'll find everything you need here. Just be sure to bring sunscreen and plenty of water, as it can get quite hot in the...

If you hate crowds of people as much as me then you’d know the best time to really enjoy some places is during winter on a day that maybe promising rain...you’ll pretty much have a whole place to yourself. This is one of those places!

Busy on summers weekends due to its closeness to sydney, it also on one of the best costal drives south so people stop off to look. It provides benches, picnic areas, BBQ’s and cafes....but during winter it’s equally beautiful, empty and quiet

During winter there seems to be two sides to the beach split by a flow of water from the catchment behind the brash. Area to the north is where dogs are free to walk and run off their lead and the other to the south (depending on the season) where dogs are allowed on lead and/or not allowed at all

It’s close enough to Sydney that you don’t have to drive too far. Our dog loved it...cue lots of...

Stanwell Park Beach is an absolute gem! This pristine stretch of coastline offers everything you could wish for in a beach escape. The golden sands are soft underfoot, perfect for a leisurely stroll or building sandcastles with the family. The backdrop of lush, verdant hills creates a stunning contrast against the deep blue waters of the Pacific Ocean.

For thrill-seekers, the cliffs here are renowned for hang gliding, providing an adrenaline-pumping experience and breathtaking views of the coast. Picnic areas and barbeque facilities make it an ideal spot for a day out with friends and family. Plus, there's a charming seaside village nearby with cafes and shops to explore. Whether you're looking for adventure or a tranquil day by the sea, Stanwell Park Beach has it all. It's truly a slice of paradise on the New South...

Open sea 🌊 nice beach rough though so if you bring the kids keep and eye on them or swim between the flags. A local actually told us that swimming in the 1 in the north and 1 in the south creeks are contaminated from golf course runoffs, sewage especially after rain, there are signs also stating it. But swim at your risk as it’s tempting for the young ones. Overall nice beach parking is also tricky get in early for a good spot.
