Eigentlich eines der frühesten Fertigteilhäuser, zunächst in Berlin errichtet, dann in Chikago auf der Weltausstellung und von dort in die Nähe von Bad Ischl versetzt. Das Haus wird seit September 2020 adaptiert und restauriert. Derzeit wegen Bauarbeiten geschlossenen. Ende der Bauarbeiten wegen Corona...

Das erste Fertigteilhaus,welches für die Weltausstellung in Chicago hier abgebaut wurde und dann in Chicago wieder aufgebaut,danach kam die Villa nach Bad Ischl, wo sie heute noch steht...wirklich toll...
