Die Burgruine Rottenburg ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Die Burg selber war wegen Baumfällarbeiten jedoch geschlossen. Vor Ort steht eine kleine Kapelle. Auch ein paar Sitzmöglichkeiten/Bänke sind vor Ort um eine kleine Mahlzeit zu sich nehmen zu können und um sich etwas aus zu ruhen.

Der Anstieg von Maria Brettfall ist schon ordentlich. Die Burg ist halt wirklich nir noch eine Ruine, jedoch mit einer tiefgreifenden Geschichte. Die Kapelle ist wunderbar!

Wer wegen der Burgruine kommt wird enttäuscht. Die erste Bauphase war im 12.Jahrhundert, da steht nicht mehr viel. Nur mehr Mauerreste. Wer wegen der Natur und dem Aufstieg kommt wird mittelmäßig belohnt, da gibt es auch schönere Orte mit Ausblick. Ich werde nicht...
