Amazing and quite high tower (22 metres)! There leads asphalt road right next to tower, but you are not allowed to entry it so you should walk to tower. It took me about 30 minutes. Hike is not difficult (about 200 metres in elevation). Entry to tower costs 1 euro, but as I understood, it's optional (there was nobody just small box for coins). You can see Schlossberg, Bratislava, and many other places from tower. You can even see Neusidler see when the visibility is very good or beginning of Alps (but the air must be clear). There are 3 marked hiking trails leading to the top of Kőnigswarte hill, but you can also get here from the big game animals enclosure. You can have a little rest on the benches with a table right next to the tower. The entrance fee to the lookout tower is 1 EUR and is being collected in a metal box at the bottom of the stairs. It's usually pretty windy at the top. There are nice info signs on all 4 sides that describe nearby villages...
