We received a very bad service at the pool. We visited the swimming pool at 21.00 hour after walking for 30 minutes to come to the pool. The re was no one at the reception. The pool was open till 22.00 and there were swimmers in the pool. We could not enter. The lifeguard, who should be at the pool taking care of the safety of the swimmers, was at the reception for 30 minutes telling us that he could not help us due to manager rules. We offered to leave money or are creditcard behind sothat we would came back tomorrow to make paiement. There were other clients that wanted to help us but the lifeguard was not willing to help us at all. We only wanted to swim for 30 minutes. I would like to recommend to the manager that make sure that there is somebody at the reception till closing time, 22.00 hour do not put on your website that the pool is open till 22.00 when it is not possible to enter after 20.30 hour. give your personal some flexibility to make your clients satisfied. think more about service the. Manager rules. We left without swimming and walked back very disappointed...

Like this place! Very beautiful location.easy to get both by bus & car. A lot of space. 1big pool+ super baby area with 2small pools with water glide . 2douche cabin separate for women and men with 4 dousche in each. A lot of place to have a rest. super neat sauna. We start our visit at early morning (they open from 10.30) and was there less than 3 hours.so we have some money back! We pay 11€ for entrece for me and child(for free till 6 years) and later have 5,5 € back!!! Super nice :) it is on February 2018. They have everything you need inside.Be careful just with food - there is no place for eating inside during the winter. But at summer they say that they have 2 restaurant inside. We are staying locally in the campground next door and have easy access to this great facility. We've been greeted and treated with the best service! I've had a few very strange requests (due to assistance needed with a broken/recovering ankle injury) and they have tried in every way possible to help me out. Each staff member has been more than willing to help every time I've asked questions. The facility is clean and all signage is very clear (in English, too). Highly recommend to use the pool and sauna here if you are coming to the area! And of course, you can't...
