7 Mühlen — Attraction in Pfarrwerfen

If you're passing by, do stop here to visit this nice setup. First a tip when you visit. Do not drive into the dead end street. There is no parking place at the entrance. Just park your car at the underground parking at the beginning of the street on the mainstreet. The mills are nicely done with a nice path to walk (climb) around. Each mill has a small house you can enter to get information. We were surprisingly alone at the site although it is very well done. The entrance is 3,5 euro. Bring coins! Only worth to visit if it's on your route. It is small, not that interesting and lacks maintenance for a while now. Its is expensive for what it is (4.5 EUR). You can't park near the entrance, but there is a parking garage opposite the start of the street. Voller Erwartung haben wir (2 Eltern mit 7-jähriger Tochter) uns vom Prospekt inspirieren lassen und sind von Flachau zum 7 Mühlen Pfad nach Pfarrwerfen gefahren. Die 9 Euro Eintritt haben sich leider nicht gelohnt: Die im Prospekt beschriebene Mühlbachlrutche ist nicht vorhanden! Die Räder am sogenannten Wasserspielplatz waren weitgehend unbeweglich, die Schieber undicht und alles viel zu weit oben, dass Kinder selbst damit spielen könnten. Die gesamte Anlage machte einen sehr ungepflegten und heruntergekommenen Eindruck. Das Quizz mit den Frage- und Antwortknöpfen funktionierte nicht, das Mühlrad drehte sich auch bei den richtigen Lösungen nicht. In einer Mühle doch es stark nach Urin/Mäusekot.
