H2o Adventure/ RAFTING / CANYONING / OUTDOORSPORTS / BAR / BISTRONOMIE — Attraction in Ried im Oberinntal

We did a family canyoning tour with our 3 kids (aged 7,10 and 12 years old). It was a big success. Organisation was perfect, equipment very good, guides were great, professional, helpful and motivated our kids to enjoy and have fun but also made sure they were safe and explained everything they needed to know step by step.

The canyon was both beautiful and also for adults a nice first meeting with canyoning. And a nice challenge for our youngest, but she loved it.

We would highly recommend the tour for families with children who love some climbing, water fun and adventure in nature. A great way to start with canyoning and learning about the force of water.

Benni was our guide during our Pure Action Canyoning adventure. We were a group of 8 people speaking German and English. Benni is a passionate, experienced, competent and very smiling guide. We had a sensational time. The explanations, guidance and logistics to get to the start of the canyoning were all top-notch. We were able to film these moments thanks to the rented GoPro. Since the GoPro's battery capacity is low, we recommend that the organisers bring one or two spare batteries for the group just in case. It's a bit disappointing not having enough batteries for the big 10m jump.

Overall, though, we had an unforgettable experience and we'll be back wholeheartedly next year to try the 16m big jump.

The rafting experience was excellent but the attitude of the manager is unacceptable. We came 3 minutes late. When we paid we were not asked whether we had the summer card (which entitles us to 10% discount). We paid quickly as we had already delayed the group by a bit. When we finished the rafting tour I asked her if we could still get our discount refunded. She got into an argument with me and was extremely unpleasant (which of course got me heated too and left me with a horrible feeling). We did not get any discount of course.
