Shuttle made wait for over an hour and missed 3 trains to get to park, all he says reserved, but apparently he goes by looks! This park is appalling, lack of management, lack of supervision that's why you have to sign waiver for kids! My little girl got hurt on slide by head badly and crew didn't advise on risks associated for 6+ unbelievable. All cash payments only but they have 1 atm at top. Will never go again or advise anyone to go. Staff mostly overloaded and barely can handle their duties , so very understaffed for such a big park. It is unfortunate such large park is manged poorly like this. Management should be all fired and replaced as customers show unhappy faces.

Every time we are in Saalbach my family wants to visit the park, it is a fun place for those who love zip lines and love adrenaline, the black line is super challenging. However, for beginners it may be a bit demanding since it is one of the highest zip lines with different obstacles in Europe, also the lack of support, supervisors or the exit stairs in case of fatigue or fear make the experience not be so nice. Also a disadvantage is the payment in cash and especially for large families, nowadays few people walk with so much cash in the pocket.

Kids will love this place....and grown ups! Well setup with plenty to do. They only accept cash which feels very odd bearing in mind you're likely to spend in excess of €100 if more than 3 of you are going. The choice of tree courses is limited (3) for younger (shorter) children yet no cheaper than those who can access all 10 courses. Not much help on hand in the tree climbing and very few exit points if children become tired or scared but otherwise a great place to visit.

We came with the family (6 members) spontaneous, after morning trekking at the park, to have some fun time. As we experienced last year, in the high season, the park reception runs out of the available lockers for the guests. So we decided to leave cash and worthy stuff in our car, and walk up to the park.

After we managed to reach to the cashier, we were informed, they do not accept card payments.

Attention please, In Year 2025 I can not accept, at a place/ attraction, which is so popular and worth to visit, not to have the chance to pay by card.

AND!!!! this was not the last thing. The ONLY available ATM in the park was OUT OF ORDER so we could not withdraw some cash.

This is simply unacceptable! So I urge the administration of the Park solve this issue, and about the internet issue, that they mention in their site, which obstruct the Card Payments, to think of placing a Starling Internet provider, in order to solve...

We were in Jump and slide park last year when kids were 11 and 6 yo. At the ticket office they told us that 6yo can’t go to the big slide, so he waited the whole year for another visit. This year we visited park again with a wish, that kids can go alone to Jump and slide, because it’s too expensive for all four of us. But because the small one was 7, I had to go with him, so another 15€ for the activity that I really didn’t want to visit. When we entered the park, staff told us some rules and in the end that 7yo is too small to go to the big slide. I really can not understand why didn’t all that told us at the ticket office, so I wouldn’t spent 30€ for 1 hour just like that, the fact is we came to the park just because of the big slide, all the trampolines and so on we can use in our country. We are really disappointed and sure...
