Mountain Spa Residences — Attraction in Sankt Anton am Arlberg

What an amazing place this is! What really makes this place to stand out is the staff. From the people on the reception to the shuttle drivers.

We were welcomed and looked after through out our stay.

The place has great SPA with saunas and lovely swimming pool with a great views. Water could be a bit warmer, but it feels quite nice when get out of the sauna and dive into the pool.

The rooms are spacious, look brand new and sparkling clean. There is everything you may need and more.

Special thanks to Nico - our shuttle driver. It is normally really difficult for me to remember names or people, when I'm on holiday, but Nico was just that special guy who would go over and beyond to help us.

The place is located around 8-9 min walk down the hill to the lift. You can technically ski down to the place and walk a bit, via the sledge run, but it's not really allowed (but possible).

We would always end up using the shuttle - really convenient.

There are couple of restaurants nearby - 3-5 min walk. There is a pizza/kebab place near the lift as well - good takeaways.

you can walk down 5 min to a bakery as well but we never tried it.

All in all - we were really happy with everything. Could give 7...

It was amazing! We got a beautiful and big apartment with a wonderful view on the mountains. It is super clean and everything looks brand new. The bathrooms are super big and the showers are fantastic because they are also huge and have a high water pressure. The apartment is really well equipped and we love to stay here. In every room there are TV's so you can watch Netflix etc. The balcony is very large and you have sun all day.

And above all, Victoria is great! We got a very warm welcome from her after our very long journey. She knew we must have been very tired and acted on that. She is so helpful and really thinks along with us. No question is too much for her. Victoria is a beautiful human being with a warm personality. She is very friendly, smart and great in communication. I think every apartment complex should have someone like her! Because it makes your stay even better!! We stayed almost 2 weeks and time flies when you are having fun.

Quite simply one of the best places we have ever stayed in! Amazing correspondence (and patience with me!) prior to booking - a huge thank you to all the wonderful staff - Elena, Niko, Manuela & more... always helpful, polite and fun. The residence itself is beautiful - we stayed in deluxe B11, a 2 bedroom apartment with amazing wrap around balcony views - spotless and with every requirement for a luxury stay. Heated bathroom floors also come in very handy for drying ski gear! The spa facilities are absolutely first class and were a delight after a long days skiing or hiking and the pool is beautiful. The shuttle runs provided to the ski lift by Niko were fantastic and so convenient. Thank you Niko! Local free ski buses also go regularly a few minutes walk from the residence. I cannot recommend this beautiful residence and wonderful staff highly enough! We would love to return again some day....
